Sales Event FAQ
Thank you for being a part of my Facebook Sales Event. The following are a few questions that are regularly asked by customers. Scroll through the FAQ listed below to see if I already answer your question on this page. If you do not see the answer that you need, then please know that I will answer your Facebook message as soon as I log back into Facebook.
PAYING WITH PAYPAL
Q: I tried to pay with PayPal, but the website didn't redirect me there.
A: I send all PayPal payments manually. Typically I will have it sent to you within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours just in case I am unavailable to get it sent to you sooner.
ITEMS DISAPPEARING FROM CART
Q: When I try to add my reserved listing to my cart the other items are no longer there. (Or vice versa.)
A: When a new browser is opened it will sometimes create a second cart. That is why it looks like your items are no longer there. Access your reserved listing by going into the "Reserved Listings" section. All of the orders are listed alphabetically by your Facebook name. In the menu bar select the "Sales & Deals" drop down tab. Then click on "Reserved Listings". You will find your order in there.

LAYAWAY / PARTIAL PAYMENT PLANS
Q: How do I set up a layaway partial payment plan?
A: When checking out select the black "Partial.ly" payment button to proceed to our layaway payment plan. (See example of the button below.) See additional information about my layaway payment plans by clicking here.
